How to Relieve Stress in 5 Minutes
Most of us have our own ways of dealing with stress that often involves hitting the gym, a punching bag or the treadmill for an hour. But if you haven't got the time and you are feeling stressed, one of the quickest ways to lower your stress level is to engage with a favourite four legged friend.
Our four legged friends (dogs and cats) raise our serotonin and dopamine levels that have calming properties. Loving these little friends reduces depression and calms us down, while lowering our blood pressure.
They are incredible little creatures who ask so little of us and yet give so much!
